Danka's Green Smoothie



In two cups of water, blend ingredients. Add 6 ice cubes at the last blend.

Small piece of ginger to taste. Optional garlic
Scrubbed carrot - peel if not organic
Whole small cucumber

Half an avocado
 2 sticks of celery

A slice of lemon - include rind if organic

A whole small red or green apple

A handful of parsley

One leaf of chard

A handful of dandelions

 Salt to taste

Alternate greens are:
Kale
Bok Choy
Dark lettuce
Spinach
Green Chard or red chard
Beet greens
Herbs: cilantro, dill, mint, parsley, basil, oregano, fennel
Garlic or ginger or both


Mix greens up on alternate days so that you have a variety of greens in your smoothies.

Always buy fresh and do not keep veggies in your fridge for more than 3 days.
