1. Make smoothie fresh first thing each morning
2. Place water in blender (liquidiser) as first ingredient
3. Chop all Ingredients and blend as you add each ingredient
4. When all ingredients added blend again until smooth
5. Divide smoothie into two servings (each serving is about 300mls)
6. Consume half before breakfast and second serving refrigerated or
placed in a cold thermos flask to be consumed before lunch.
