Nadia's Green Smoothie with Rocket



SMOOTHIE RECIPE No 1:
Each 300ml serving is 30kcal (excluding avocado), if avocado added each 300ml serving is 60kcal

Water
300 mls


Cucumber
80 gms


Spinach
80 gms


Rocket
40 gms


Celery
40 gms


Sun Chlorella
5-15 tablets
Start initially with 5 and build up to 15

Avocado
20-40 gms
Optional

Salt
pinch
Optional

Garlic
½  clove
Optional

Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
Optional
1.    Make smoothie fresh first thing each morning
2.    Place water in blender (liquidiser) as first ingredient
3.    Chop all Ingredients and blend as you add each ingredient
4.    When all ingredients added blend again until smooth.
5.    Divide smoothie in to two servings (each serving is about 300mls) 
6.    Consume half before breakfast and second serving refrigerated or placed in a cold thermos flask to be consumed before lunch.
