Nadia's Berry Healthy Smoothie



SMOOTHIE RECIPE :   ‘Berry healthy smoothie’

Water
300 mls
Bottled spring water is best

Strawberries
100 gms
Can be fresh or frozen

Raspberries
50 gms
Can be fresh or frozen

Red apple
Half
Include pips and skin

Majool dates

Remove stone thoroughly

Raw beetroot
50 gms


Sun Chlorella
5-15 tablets
Start initially with 5 and build up to 15

Ice cubes

1.    Place water in blender (liquidiser) as first ingredient
2.    Chop all Ingredients and blend as you add each ingredient
3.    When all ingredients added blend again until smooth
4.    Divide smoothie into two servings (each serving is about 300mls)
