Smooth away the Pain Smoothie



Aim for organic

1/2 cup of pineapple
1 cup of sliced cucumbers
1 stalk celery
slice of lime, peeled
1 cup of coconut water

Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Bromelain in pineapples is a well known pain reliever whilst cucumbers have a cooling effect which reduces inflammation.
