Seduced by Waterstone's again

I was drawn to these two books by the sheer vivacity of colour.
A flip through both, and they're on my list to read.

"RAW FOOD real world : 100 recipes to get the glow"
absolutely captivated me.  The recipes seem so simple to follow, and the book is presented in a natural, exciting manner. One of the things which has surprised me about eating in the raw, is how the small portions go a long way in keeping one sustained. Whether it's the concentration of the essence of vegetable or fruit, the dehydration methods, or the fact that less water is used, it all contributes to sustaining the feeling of being full which lasts a long time. It's intriguing and something I want to learn more about.
