Aim for organic
- 1/2 cup of spinach or arugula
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 ripe pear
- a small handful of cilantro or parsley
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1" piece of ginger
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds
- 1 or 1/2 small avocado
- 6 pieces of ice cubes
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
