Pear and Greens




Aim for organic
  • 1/2 cup of spinach or arugula
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 ripe pear
  • a small handful of cilantro or parsley
  • 1 lime, juiced 
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1" piece of ginger 
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • 1 or 1/2 small avocado
  • 6 pieces of ice cubes
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
