Green Goddess Dressing
In a high-speed blender, combine until smooth:
1 cup sweet peas, shelled
1/2 cup coconut water
2 T lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 T fresh basil (or 1 T dried)
1 T fresh mint (or 1/2 T dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: for a thicker consistency, add nutritional yeast to taste
