Turmeric Smoothie

Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 or 1 teaspoon turmeric 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
The main ingredient of turmeric is curcumin which boosts the immune system. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Give it a try!
