Hot Spiced Almond Milk on a Winter's Day




Emulate café fare with this cup of hot spiced almond milk.

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened 
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of ground ginger
A pinch of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond butter

Combine all ingredients in a small pan.
Heat on the stove over medium heat until warm. 
For a smoother taste with froth, 
blend for 30 seconds, whilst lifting up the centre knob of your blender 
for steam to escape.
 Pour into a mug.
