Cashew Cream Fruit Dip


1 cup raw cashew nuts, soaked overnight and drained
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1 or 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
1/2 cup of water or apple juice
1/2 cup of blueberries

Blend until smooth, and refrigerate.

Decorate individual bowls with fruit.
