Ideal Daily Raw Consumption

Something to chew on - forgive the pun - as to what the optimal daily raw encompasses.
In future posts, I will discuss more on each of the categories below.

WATER = 2-3 litres of optimal water

EFAs =  such as hemp oil or flax oil = 1 tablespoon

VEGETABLE JUICE = at least 1 litre 

MAIN MEAL = 1 or 2 meals which include organic seasonal vegetables, sprouts and soaked nuts and seeds.

SPROUTS = 50% of your raw food plate includes a variety of sprouts

SEA VEGGIES = at least 10% of your total food intake

SUPERFOODS = at least 10% of your total food intake which include Acai, Chlorella, Blue-Green Algae, Goji Berries, Maca, Royal Pollen.

SNACKS = at a minimum, no more than 20% of total daily food intake. Minimal fruit.
