After a steamy day of beach combing and swimming in the turquoise waters of the bay, the bar at the resort offers an array of intriguing cocktails, virgin cocktails and appetizers.  It is here that the guests and locals gather between 5 to 6pm to swap stories, catch up with life on the island, and revel in the sunset over the bay.
